Rainbowsol: 'The extrusion roller shutter is in high demand and demand is skyrocketing!'

In the mini roller shutter category, Rainbowsol has been offering roller shutters in the Limited Edition version for some time now, including in the color Stargrey (RAL 9007 textured), which is popular, according to Robert Bosch of Rainbowsol. "The roller shutter in this color completes the special line of Limited Edition products that further includes the exclusive textured paints in the colors Anthracite Gray and Sparkling Black." 

"The Limited Edition roller shutter is distinguished not only by the three exclusive textured paints, but also by a very heavy extruded three-piece box, matching guides with brushes and three exclusive slats in special matching colors," Bosch continues. The roller shutter cabinets in the Limited Edition series are available in both beveled and rounded versions. "Superior quality and appearance that, despite the slightly higher price level, does well in the range. Consumers seem to be increasingly opting for a better quality of their roller shutter and are looking emphatically at extruded parts. Price comes second in this regard." 

Since energy prices have risen so tremendously, demand for roller shutters is exploding anyway, Bosch notes. "Roller shutters are a relatively easy way to improve the insulation of a home - especially the windows - without too much expense." 

By the way, Rainbowsol has also made some improvements to its shutter program this season. The basic slat for the shutter type Popular is the MY 442. In addition, Rainbowsol also has the HK 842 (RS 42) from heroal in its range. "Furthermore, throughout our shutter range we use the shutter box with the patented hinge connection. This is not only attractive to look at, but also very easy to install," Bosch said. "That's because the front cover not only hinges into the top cover, but also stays in it. This eliminates the need for additional screws in the front of the front hood." 

Rainbowsol has four other roller shutters in its range in addition to the Limited Edition shutters. They differ mainly by the maximum applicable width of the roller shutter: 

• The basic Populair roller shutter is equipped with the improved MY 442 slat that can be used up to a roller shutter width of 3.80 m wide. The roll formed, 45° chamfered case is available in ten colors, in case sizes 150, 165, 180 and 205 mm. 
  
• The heroal HK 842 (RS 42) roller shutter goes up to a width of 3.60 m. Again, this roller shutter offers the same cabinet selection. The slats for the armor are available in eight colors. 
  
• The Mini E roller shutter with heroal RS 38 slats is available with armor in nine colors. The maximum width of this roller shutter is 3.80 m. 

All mini shutters can be optionally equipped with a round case and possibly ditto guides. Round boxes are only available in box sizes 165 and 205 mm. 

• The Jumbo roller shutter is designed for larger areas and for roller gates. It has a 255 or 300 mm case and is available in seven colors. The special, extra strong guides are 85 mm wide, instead of the usual 53 mm. The sturdy and stable slat has a cover width of 55 mm and is available in six colors.
