Comprehensive portfolio for every application

The heroal RD 55 roller door system is a slimline system with a small cabinet size. The roller door slat with a cover width of 55 mm is slim and wraps tightly. With the heroal RD 55 roller door system, elements up to 3500 mm wide and 3000 mm high can be created. The system can be installed either open or in a closed cabinet, with cabinet sizes up to 254 mm.

The heroal RD 75 roller door system is particularly suitable for space-saving installation of larger roller doors with a maximum width of 6000 mm and a maximum height of 5000 mm. With a slat cover width of 75 mm and various slat and equipment variants, the system offers the possibility of tailor-made solutions for installation situations in both private and commercial environments. The system can be mounted both open and thus also in a closed cabinet system, with cabinet sizes up to 365 mm. The closed mounting of the roller door in the cabinet is elegantly designed and protects the roller door from weather and environmental influences. 

The heroal RG 90 rolling gate system is a system solution for commercial buildings with high security requirements, such as in shopping areas. As it is an open system, it is also suitable for access to underground garages where ventilation is essential. The roller door is made of fully extruded material and is therefore extremely stable and flexible in terms of color design. Thanks to the closed mounting in a 300 mm box, the roll-up grilles of the heroal RG 90 system can be very well adapted to the existing architecture. The RG 90 can also be used without an enclosure, making even larger sizes possible.  

heroal coating for lasting design diversity

All heroal roller door systems feature a high-quality coating that heroal says makes them especially colorfast and durable. The coating also ensures extensive design possibilities. The extruded parts of heroal roller doors (such as the guide rails) are provided with the heroal hwr powder coating. This powder coating is available in the RAL colors and exclusively also in the colors of Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier. 

Visual effects - e.g. wood, concrete or rust look - can be achieved with the heroal SD coating process. For roll-formed aluminum parts, the two-layer heroal thick lacquer is used. According to heroal, this is also extremely weather-resistant and even certified for demanding use on ships. Despite the different coating processes, the surfaces of the extruded and roll-formed parts are harmoniously matched.
