SUNFLEX is a global player in the field of glass wall canopies, but born from a strong local foundation

SUNFLEX is clearly no "rookie" when it comes to glass walls and patio covers. Back in 1963 the company Schneider Rolladen und Markisen was founded, from which in 1986 SUNFLEX Aluminiumsysteme GmbH emerged. This company was founded at the time specifically for the development and production of folding/sliding systems. Canopies were later added to this.

SUNFLEX is characterized by values that can safely be considered traditionally German. These include aspects such as the fact that the company is a family business, has local roots and is medium-sized, with an artisanal base after which it grew into a modern industrial company. Glass walls

SUNFLEX specializes in folding, sliding and sliding-turn systems and horizontal sliding walls of glass that allow the user to maximize the enjoyment of his living space and his environment. The range is characterized by a rich variety of shapes and designs, as well as materials. End users can choose from systems made of aluminum and wood and from different types of glass in different thicknesses and with different properties, such as glass types that repel heat and reduce noise. Another option is burglar-resistant systems. Thus, SUNFLEX can offer a customized solution for every situation, even for complex situations that require, for example, curved systems or extreme sound or heat insulation. 

Canopies

For several years, SUNFLEX has also included canopies in its delivery program, obviously with the same attention to quality, functionality and design. A striking example of this is the cubist-designed SF300, which fits well with modern, linear architectural styles, but can also form a nice contrasting combination with more traditional architectural styles. The very slightly sloping glass roof of the SF300 is unobtrusively hidden behind a 300 mm high, cleanly and horizontally designed eave. It gives the patio cover its modern, cubist look.
