Coulisse was present with two booths at this year's R+T, one dedicated to its smart motor brand, Motionblinds, the other to showcase the latest textile innovations from Coulisse-Lienesch. Coulisse acquired Lienesch in January of this year. Together, the companies showed at the R+T the advantages of one supplier for customers looking for a comprehensive product range.
In Stuttgart, developments in textile innovation took center stage. The Living Beauty collection brings together all the new fabrics. "They have in common that they are all smart and functional," said an account manager at the booth. "As a company, we are increasingly looking for what we can add to the world."
The new collection features textured fabrics, recycled yarns, energy-efficient Honeycell® and FSC®-certified bamboo for blinds, all in current (trend) colors. Natural materials and shades play the main role, but there is also room for the subtle shine, as seen in the Istanbul and Lara fabrics that exude refined luxury. The Fundament collection for roller and pleated blinds was also in the spotlight at the fair. According to Coulisse-Lienesch, these fabrics are an affordable and indispensable basis for any assortment, but some fancier fabrics were also added to this collection.
