Roelof Rozema, general manager at Warema Benelux BV in Weert, looks back on Polyclose with satisfaction. "In terms of visitor numbers it was slightly disappointing, but the leads were good. In my experience, it was predominantly the sun protection trade from Belgium and the Netherlands that had traveled to Ghent. Incidentally, we were very pleased with the percentage of visitors who had accepted the invitation we had circulated prior to the trade fair. About 70% of the sun protection specialists we wrote to actually visited us!"
"The great thing was that we spoke to many decision-makers. But something else struck me: people in the market are looking for a bit of distinctiveness, certainty and service from manufacturers. That's why in our story we put forward our key points of quality, reliability and service again and again. And when I talk about the first of these, quality, I am of course referring to the products we supply, but certainly also to the people who do it and the way we have set up processes."
