"We are therefore committed to the innovation of our screen range and are now also bringing the sleek B1100 Prestige in a solar version."

"The B1100 Prestige from Brustor is a solar shading zipscreen with a modern look and feel. With this new screen we want to respond to the demand of our partners and clearly signal that the screen product group within Brustor is still very important and growing," said the sales manager.

"At Brustor, we didn't previously have a ready-made answer to the high demand for special paint colors on screens," Devos continued. "With the B1100 Prestige, we now do. The screen is available in all paint colors at no extra charge. This allows optimal adaptation to the home and the wishes of the end customer. Furthermore, we have focused on a product that is easier to assemble, is beautifully finished with countersunk screws and where the bottom bar largely disappears into the case. The bottom bar is additionally weighted, which keeps the fabric even tighter in the guides." 

The newest variant of the B1100 Prestige is the recently launched B1100 Prestige Solar. "This wind-resistant awning is a sustainable solution, with Brustor eagerly using the natural energy source the sun to power the screen," Devos said. "The energy required for the motor is stored in the battery via a solar panel and allows the B1100 Prestige Solar to continue to operate on both sunny and slightly more cloudy days. Because the screen is powered by a battery, it is also immediately an ideal solution for spaces where a power supply is not possible." 

The B1100 ZIP Prestige Solar will be available from April 2023.
