In recent years, the trend has been to install increasingly large windows to bathe the home in natural light. To combine this trend with optimal performance in terms of thermal comfort, which is increasingly important in today's demanding insulation and energy regulations, SOPROFEN mobilized its Research & Development department to find a solution to this. THE answer to these issues is the new SCREENAMAX outdoor solar shading system. Its most outstanding features are: 

- an extremely compact extruded aluminum cabinet, 

- a screen fabric that filters up to 97% of the sun's rays, 

- a new shaft system, integrating a second preloaded shaft with bearings into the original shaft. This patented system, called Zoomtech®, completely compensates for gravity deflection of the screen shaft. 

Exclusive to SOPROFEN, this unique process guarantees a shaft that remains perfectly straight and henceforth makes it possible to produce screens up to 7 meters wide with a perfectly smooth and tight fabric that, thanks to its optimized winding, can be integrated into an ultra-small box. This whole allows us to provide sun protection for the increasingly common large window openings!

SCREENAMAX provides optimal light management and controlled indoor temperature and is available in 2 sizes of ultra-compact cabinets that optimize daylight: 

- an 85 mm case with a 58 mm aluminum shaft for window openings up to 6 m wide and 2.30 m high, 

- A 105 mm case with a 78 mm steel shaft for window openings up to 7 m wide and 4 m high.

The cabinet and guides are so compact that they are invisible from the inside and have a modern look with their clean design and straight lines making them blend harmoniously with any style of home, porch and pergola. 

For an impeccable finish, SOPROFEN has paid attention to the smallest details, so there are no screws visible on the case, bottom batten and guides. The guides come in 2 sizes (including the extra thin 22 mm version) and are equipped with a zip system that ensures that even in high winds the fabric stays nicely in place. Moreover, there are no visible welds on the fabric which further enhances the aesthetics. 

In addition, of course, there is great freedom of choice, both in the range of fabrics and in terms of colors and type of motorization.

With its contemporary style, SOPROFEN's new SCREENAMAX zip screen is available in a wide range of trendy colors for: 

- the framework (cabinet, guides, bottom rail) thanks to the 15 standard colors in 3 finishes (smooth-satin, smooth-matt or textured-matt). In addition, of course, all RAL colors are also available as an option. Our qualitative "Seaside" finish is also available for this product. This is obtained by a reinforced powder coating of all visible aluminum parts, providing optimal protection against corrosion. 

- 5 different assortments of cloths In a wide range of colors (more than 300). 

To provide a specific solution for each room in the home, screen fabrics are available in: 

- micro-perforated design to ensure sufficient light inside and maintain visibility outside, 

- in blackout version to respect your privacy (bathroom...) 

- in black out version to ensure complete blackout (bedroom...). 

SOPROFEN's new solar zipscreen is equipped with an ultra-thin photovoltaic panel (7 mm thick) and stores solar energy in a battery in the front corner of the cabinet ( easy access and easy maintenance). 

Provided proper exposure to sunlight, the motor is highly efficient in all weather conditions (-20 to +70°C). The battery has sufficient energy to ensure the proper operation of the motor, on one daily cycle, for 45 days, even in low or no sunlight. 

The solar-powered SCREENAMAX motor is completely wireless which allows for quick and practical installation without risk of damaging the interior or exterior finish of the house, and can be used in both new construction and renovation. 

Of course, the SCREENAMAX is also available with a wired, radio-controlled or IO motor and is compatible with all home automation solutions on the market.
