Renson: 'The objectives have been met. We now look forward to the sequel'

When the Renson team was asked what the main objectives were for their participation in Polyclose, three were mentioned: networking, introducing novelties and project detection. According to Roel Berlaen, those objectives were met and so they are satisfied with their own participation. Of course, the company also immediately looks ahead to the sequel. "There is a certain uncertainty about this coming year," Berlaen says. "But at the same time, I don't see panic in the industry. It just is what it is. Besides, 85% of the window fabricators still has a nice order book!"

Berlaen noticed that the visitors were well informed. "In general, there is good market knowledge. People have the right insights into what is going on and they are aware of what products and services we can offer from our organization. Of course it is true that customers were not aware of everything, but that is logical. We are at a trade show to tell them about that very thing."

According to Berlaen, the focus was also on Renson's new digital tools. "They prove the ease of doing business with Renson!" Here he was referring, among other things, to the RIO ordering platform and the integration of window vents into Orgadata. "But also the total range of screens and the Linarte facade cladding received full attention."
