Plastex focuses on quality, innovation and sustainability

The Swiss company Plastex is a specialist in plastic products. Because it is also becoming active on the Benelux market, the company has been featured regularly in Z&R for the past six months. What drives this company that also wants to make a name for itself as a parts supplier in solar shading? A monologue by COO Samuele Lombardini.

In accordance with the Swiss government's Energy Strategy 2050, we use hydropower for our electricity needs and woody biomass for heating - reducing our dependence on more polluting energy sources - and we use groundwater to cool our machines. In addition, we recently completed the installation of solar panels on our factory roof.
