Specialist in ventilation, sun protection and outdoor living Renson has realized a new outdoor production site with offices in Kruisem/Nazareth, not far from Renson's headquarters in Waregem. Production is already running there at full speed and the offices have also been in use for six months. In November, an impressive inspiration park was opened adjacent to the new site under the name NOA outdoor living. It is an initiative of Renson which, together with more than thirty other brands in high-end outdoor living, has realized twelve inspiration gardens there.
Although only introduced much later, Renson has been going full steam ahead with its well-known slogan Creating healthy spaces for 113 years. Where it began in 1909 as a manufacturer of window and door fittings, this was later given shape with ventilation and sun protection in particular. Thereby, the pursuit of smart, innovative and natural solutions for a healthy and comfortable indoor climate has always been the main driving force.
Anno 2022, outdoor living has also become a solid pillar within Renson. Worldwide, more and more people want to "get back to nature" in one way or another. As a result, the boundaries between inside and outside are increasingly blurred. With the brand new outdoor location, where production and experience are brought together, Renson meets the need in the market.
So Renson is fully committed to outdoor living, which has taken off so much in recent years. The company looks beyond terrace coverings, because outdoor living is a total experience. The new location in Kruisem/Nazareth radiates this in every way. It starts with an imposing building in the form of an XXL garden pavilion along the E17 freeway, whose 380-meter-long facade is clad with natural elements such as greenery and tree trunks.
"With NOA outdoor living we have created a unique concept of which we are very proud," says CEO Paul Renson. "Visitors will get to see twelve fully equipped gardens in an area of no less than 30,000 square meters that give a realistic picture of the endless possibilities in outdoor living." The offerings range from a modern urban garden to an accessible green space in the city or at a hotel.
The green oasis NOA outdoor living - the park is the work of garden and landscape architect burO Groen and concept agency Maister - is intended to give a realistic picture of the endless possibilities in terms of outdoor living to anyone looking for inspiration. As such, it is not a retail outlet or a classic showroom, but visitors can of course always contact the participating companies to design their own outdoor space.
"We owe this inspiring venue to the fantastic collaboration between the participating brands," notes Paul Renson. "NOA outdoor living is a unique opportunity to discover outdoor living in all its facets. People, as well as companies and governments, are now looking for a total picture in outdoor living spaces."
The uniqueness of NOA outdoor living, according to Catherine Degreef, manager of NOA, lies in the special synergy between the more than thirty specialized outdoor living brands that put their shoulders to the wheel. "Just as Noah once united all the animals in his ark, here we bring together more than thirty high-end outdoor living brands in a beautiful experience park." Participating companies besides Renson and Corradi (awnings and outdoor living spaces) include Extremis, Royal Botania and Coco Wolf (outdoor furniture), Carpentier (wooden terraces and fences), Cubic Outdoor Living (outdoor kitchens), Ofyr (barbecues) and Sunbrella (outdoor fabrics). A complete listing can be found at noa-outdoor.com or, of course, on-site.
