The ready-to-wear departments of Guillaume Janssen and NederLux have officially merged and will continue together as SolFaction. Under the leadership of owners Klaas-Jan Postma (NederLux) and Jos Stoit (Guillaume Janssen), a strong new player in the awning industry is being created. SolFaction focuses on the confection of high-quality awning fabrics in addition to roll and coupon sales. Collectively, a very strong independent confectioner with the largest range of sun awning fabrics; from recycled PET bottles, standard acrylic to various Sergé and Soltis® collections and even fabrics for indoor shading.
The merger was prompted by the desire to work together more efficiently and innovatively and to further improve the quality and availability of products for customers. As a result, SolFaction offers benefits not only for customers and partners, but also for employees and the future of the sun protection industry.
