At the R+T 2024, heroal is presenting a wide range of services covering the entire process and value chain. Under the trade fair motto "simply better spaces for life," the aluminum systems manufacturer will show its comprehensive system solutions for residential and commercial construction. In a workshop area from February 19 to 23, heroal will also allow customers and interested parties to experience for themselves the great flexibility and processing efficiency of its solutions as well as the versatile benefits of its product and service offerings. In addition, heroal is using R+T 2024 as a prelude to the company's 150th anniversary.

Visitors to the exhibition stand can experience the entire process, from digital ordering through efficient processing to the simple assembly of heroal's system solutions, live in a large workshop. In regular live presentations, interested parties will be informed about the high degree of flexibility and efficiency when working with heroal systems, the company promises. Depending on the desired level of finishing, customers will always receive their heroal solutions for roller shutters, awnings and roll-up doors customized as longitudinal products, semi-finished products or made-to-measure elements. 

Innovative shading systems

At the R+T, heroal is presenting its innovations in the areas of roller shutters, awnings and roller doors, as well as smart building control solutions that create added value. 

A highlight at the exhibition stand, according to the company, is the heroal C 50 curtain wall system with the heroal VS Z corner solution and a building control system in cooperation with Beckhoff Automation. The screen fabrics of the heroal VS Z-corner solution provide effective sun protection in corner areas (such as fully glazed corners). To this end, the screens are guided via separate bottom frames, both of which run over only one cable guide. This allows the screens to be operated independently of each other. In addition, other shading solutions harmoniously integrated into the curtain wall are shown with the heroal VS Z system, based on the slim 25 millimeter heroal GR 25 guide rail. 

Innovations and smart solutions

With its roller shutter systems, heroal promises professionals maximum flexibility, security and energy efficiency. With functional optimizations, such as the integration of solar motors and new variants for guide rails and bottom frames, heroal opens up new possibilities for specialists in this field. By extending the design options, heroal is also creating new design possibilities for roller shutter systems: for individual designs such as wood, concrete or rust look, heroal SD coating technology is now available. At the R+T, concrete look will be on display as an aesthetic eye-catcher.
