Acquisition of Eden Window Solutions B.V. by Verano B.V.

Eden Window Solutions B.V. based in Best has been taken over by Verano B.V. as of March 1, 2023. The activities will be continued under the existing name Verano B.V. The above mentioned companies are already part of the Alcré group, the acquisition is therefore a logical and well-considered next step for all parties after a close cooperation in recent years. The acquisition ensures a stronger position on the national and international market, an expansion of the assortment in the field of insect screens and offers the opportunity to further expand the brand awareness of the Verano® brand.

Eden Window Solutions B.V. is a relatively new manufacturing and assembly company founded in 2021 and manufactures primarily screen doors. In addition, Eden Window Solutions B.V. already offered Verano B.V.'s blinds solutions as a total supplier.
