Led lighting in your home, garden or patio covers? Totallux has the answer. The company puts a lot of energy into creating long-term relationships. Totallux is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year and also recently moved into their brand new clubhouse, as they say themselves. International Sales Manager Stephen Raithel talks more about the move.
Totallux officially moved into their new place Dec. 15, 2022. Raithel says, "No move goes without a hitch, including ours. But after some minor problems with the supply of materials, we are really in our place. We have a showroom full of our products, where the homey atmosphere attracts customers to stay a while for a cup of coffee. That is exactly our intention. That's why we prefer to call it a clubhouse rather than a showroom."
LED lighting has received new standards from Brussels. "The new standardization has been scaled down. This ensures that there is again room to further develop products towards energy class A. Led is now the most economical there is. We are committed to working toward even more economical lighting."
The clubhouse has a kitchen island and lovely lounge sofas. Customers can make an informed decision about their purchase there. "With us, the door is always open for customers, even if they did not buy the products from us. We always try to solve our customers' problems. In our view, that is an important part of building long-term relationships."
Service is one of the company's core strengths, Raithel says. "Quality, service and customer relations are our core strengths. We like to give our customers a nice living room feeling. Thus, everyone gets the opportunity to get all the information about LED indoor and outdoor lighting. In our clubhouse, visitors see what all products look like in real life. It is then easier to imagine what it will look like in - one's own - home or garden."
Many LED lights are controlled by an app. Apps sometimes offer so many features that it can be daunting. "In our clubhouse, we take the time to explain how the app works with a chosen system. That way we create a win-win situation for all parties. Customers know how to install their system, which saves them time during installation. And it also saves us time, because there are fewer customers calling about programming their new system."
