Serge Ferrari introduced his Premium Partner concept in France back in 2016 and, he says, has had tremendous success with it over the past six years. Encouraged by this - anno now in France already more than 100 partners! - Serge Ferrari is now actively expanding this network to other countries, such as Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Serge Ferrari already announced the creation of the Serge Ferrari Premium Partner network in the Netherlands and Belgium at the end of March during the stopovers of the Soltis Tour at ROMA Benelux in Zevenbergen and Renson in Waregem. "We are proud that we can now actually announce the creation of the Serge Ferrari Premium Partner network in Benelux and that we can announce that in the meantime, in the French-speaking part of Belgium, we already have six partners," says Dirk Driessen, Key Account Manager Benelux at Serge Ferrari. "This network is the culmination of our long-term relationship with sun protection specialists, established in part through meetings at trade fairs and other events, where the demand for information, documentation and training has always been high."
To meet the requests for support, Serge Ferrari had already established a special Promotion Team in France, with the primary goal of visiting sun protection specialists. During their visits, they not only demonstrate the extensive Soltis range, but extensive training is also offered to assembly and installation teams. Furthermore, in consultation with the sun protection specialists, showrooms are equipped with samples, information material and other marketing tools in order to better advise the end customer and to support and stimulate the sales conversation.
"During these interactions, some installers expressed their desire to establish an even closer partnership with Serge Ferrari," Driessen said. "Motivated by their enthusiasm, we then took the step to create and start promoting the SFPP network as being a collective of independent companies supported and strengthened by Serge Ferrari."
To ensure the success of this network, Serge Ferrari has carefully designed a customized program. Premium Partners receive exclusive training opportunities and access to specialized marketing tools. To increase their visibility, each Premium Partner receives a personalized website, prominently displayed on the official Soltis website. Potential customers looking for a reliable awning specialist can easily find them through the website's dealer locator.
To generate interest in the Premium Partners network and drive traffic to the platform, Serge Ferrari organizes digital and social media campaigns and advertising and commercial initiatives. Those efforts are aimed at promoting the SFPP network and maximizing exposure for partners.
"We recognize the importance of supporting our members in their daily business, and have therefore negotiated special terms with several companies that provide products and services relevant to our Premium Partners," says Dirk Driessen. "From manufacturers of blinds to providers of outdoor products, communication agencies and software developers. We have forged strategic partnerships that facilitate business optimization and development."
The SFPP network is led by the Serge Ferrari Promotion Team, but Serge Ferrari also relies on regional and national events to forge stronger connections between members, suppliers, vendors and the in-house Serge Ferrari team. "These opportunities provide valuable opportunities for networking, knowledge exchange and shared growth," Driessen said.
The Serge Ferrari Promotion Team is now joined for the Benelux countries by Specification Sales Manager Benelux Debby Vanmeerbeeck of Serge Ferrari, who has been visiting sun protection specialists in the Benelux for many years and will continue to develop the SFPP network in the Benelux countries.
