With autumn approaching, the summer weather is slowly giving way to lower temperatures. Many people prefer to enjoy the outdoors as long as possible, which is why there is more demand for patio covers. Sun protection expert Harol provides a stylish answer to this and introduces two new patio covers - folding roofs Phoenix Air and Phoenix Free - each with a unique design.
Harol's new retractable folding roofs Phoenix Air and Phoenix Free block out the sun in the summer months, provide cooling and protect against harmful UV radiation. When the folding roofs are closed, they provide extra warmth and protection from rain in the cold months. The folding roofs have curved fabric profiles with side drainage, are snow-resistant and have standard 100% waterproof rainproof PVC fabric. Thus, the folding roofs provide (covered) fun all year round.
For even more comfort in the fall, Harol offers smart upgrades. For example, Phoenix folding roofs can be expanded with wooden or glass sliding walls and screens for extra wind protection and more privacy. To sit outside longer, integrated heating and Step Light LED lighting are a perfect addition. There is a choice of mono-directional (bottom) or bi-directional (top and bottom) light. The Step Light lighting has a warm light output (warm white, 3000 K), is dimmable and has a maximum light output of 250 lumens. It is also possible to integrate LED lighting into the fabric profiles and the folding roofs can be expanded with power outlets, even with usb connection.
The difference between the Phoenix Air and Phoenix Free folding roofs is in the design. Whereas the Phoenix Free is characterized by a sleek and modern look, the design of the Phoenix Air stands out because of the arcades at the top of the folding roof, resulting in a quirky and distinctive look. Both folding roofs can be installed either freestanding or directly on the house.
Folding roofs can be operated at the touch of a button. The silent io-motor can be controlled by sun, rain, temperature and wind sensors. The energy consumption for operating the folding roof, heating and lighting is very low and all materials from which the Phoenix Free and Phoenix Air are made are recyclable for 99%. As a result, the new folding roofs fit perfectly into Harol's vision of innovative and sustainable solutions.
The Phoenix Air and Phoenix Free are easy to install, thanks to parts pre-assembled into macro assemblies. The technical part - such as transformers, control units, receivers and wiring boxes - is easily accessible, which contributes to fast installation. Thanks to the large dimensions of 5.5 x 7 m (Phoenix Air) and 5.5 x 6 m (Phoenix Free), the folding roofs are also suitable for professional applications such as the hospitality industry.
