For 25 years, Bureau Van den Oever has been ensuring that companies in the awning and canopy sector become more visible. The marketing agency knows exactly what a company needs to achieve this: from online campaigns to the design of showrooms. "With all that creative expertise in-house, we put companies well on the map," says commercial director and owner Roelof van den Oever. He explains what makes his agency so unique.
Bureau Van den Oever draws up marketing plans for companies and implements them for them. "Those plans always fit our clients' business objectives," Van den Oever says. "We make sure our clients stay up-to-date. We also involve them continuously in the marketing process: that way we keep our collaborations low-threshold and clients know exactly where they stand."
Van den Oever started his company because he saw a need for strong advertising and marketing in the home furnishings and blinds industry. So in the nearly 30 years the company has existed, they have worked primarily with companies in that sector. The canopy industry has become an important part of that in the last 15 years. Indeed, of their 150 clients, even 75% works in the home furnishing, canopy or awning industry. "Thanks to this specialism, we now know the market inside out. We see the opportunities out there and dare to seize them."
With more than 25 specialists in various fields in-house, Bureau Van den Oever has a complete marketing team. "We have our own photographers, content developers, - online - marketers, social media specialists and graphic designers." With that broad package of specialists, the agency tackles all marketing matters itself: from design to elaboration of campaigns, and from online to offline. "And super important: because we have all the expertise in-house, we can coordinate all marketing communications. That, of course, is crucial for a good end result," Van den Oever continues.
"We always look at what opportunities fit a company best. Some things work very well for one, but don't fit another at all. We keep looking for good marketing combinations and come up with a unique concept for each company."
Bureau Van den Oever is soon seen by the client as their own internal marketing department. "One of our internal project managers focuses entirely on the business and stays involved with the client from start to finish," says Van den Oever. "That way we monitor the entire process. Large organizations often have their own marketing department, but most companies certainly don't have all the specialties in-house. For them it is extra nice that we can take everything off their hands: we are completely at home in this industry."
