Gastro Sunrain: articulated awning for functional and versatile outdoor spaces

Aesthetics and functionality

A functional and reliable technology, the Gastro Sunrain is the optimal solution for optimizing the aesthetics and functionality of companies' outdoor spaces. The result of more than 180 years of experience in the outdoor sector of the German company LEINER GmbH, now part of the Gibus Group, this articulated awning is a freestanding model that, thanks to its patented Sunrain technology and extremely stable construction, protects customers from both sun and rain. 

The Gastro Sunrain has a free-standing aluminum frame that can be fixed to concrete or placed in a floor-mounted bracket; optionally, the product can also come with an elegant structure with concrete weights at the base of the frame for added stability. 

This model is also equipped with a waterproof PVC fabric that can protect surfaces up to 40 m², expandable to 136 m² when using multiple modules (maximum 3 units). With an electric motor included in the standard version, this solution can be further expanded with the Wind Protect System (WPS), which allows the structure to withstand wind force 8 (Beaufort scale). Finally, versatile and advanced, the Gastro Sunrain can be enriched with LED lighting, heaters and sensors that automatically move the screen depending on weather conditions.
