Efficiently installable and dismountable shading system

With heroal VS Z EM, heroal as a specialist in aluminum systems delivers an effective clampable awning for new and existing buildings that is unique on the market.

The shading system heroal VS Z EM (Easy Mount) is the clampable version of the zipscreen heroal VS Z. It can be installed without drilling and, if necessary, removed again without leaving any traces. Thanks to the integrated solar drive, the system is particularly suitable for retrofitting, for example in listed buildings, rental properties and existing buildings. Thanks to various options for the mounting bracket, diverse use in almost any window type made of aluminum, plastic or wood is possible.

The heroal VS Z EM sun protection system can be up to 2,000 mm wide, 2,200 mm high and 4.4 m² in size and is wind resistant up to wind force 7 (60 km/h). This sun protection system can be designed according to personal preferences and adapted to the style of the existing building. The aluminum parts of the system are extruded and finished with heroal's hwr powder coating. This can be finished in a wide range of RAL colors and the exclusive shades of Les Couleurs^® Le Corbusier. Heroal's SD surface designs are also possible. Furthermore, there is a large selection of screens: more than 250 fabrics with varying light transmission are available.

Easy Mount: efficient mounting

During the development of the heroal VS Z EM, which complements the proven zipscreen heroal VS Z, specific focus was placed on easy assembly. The heroal VS Z EM is therefore processed in a similar manner. The difference is that the motor of the new system comes as a pre-assembled module. The internal cabling for the solar drive is professionally concealed. Only the underside of the guide rails must be mitred and attached to the end rail with corner joints.

Installation is also quick and smooth: the heroal VS Z EM sun protection is fixed in the window frame in just a few simple steps and without special tools, either by a specialist company or by the end user themselves. This is done from inside the building, so no scaffolding or crane is required for higher floors. Since no structural changes need to be made, no landlord or owner approval is required either.
