Brustor: 'A new type of LED lighting for our awnings'

Brustor is unpacking a new type of LED lighting in the arms of its awnings starting in April 2023. This new lighting consists of a 3500° Kelvin LED strip, with an additional diffuser that should provide a better spread and more pleasant light. 

"The new lighting adds to the sleek design that Brustor strives to achieve for all its products," says sales manager for Belgium and the Netherlands Maxim Devos. "The B27 series is the perfect example of this. This awning is inspired by the successful B25 series, but adapted to the needs of modern residential construction." 

"For example, the B27 series has an architectural, sleek and compact design and can even be integrated into the façade of the house, if desired, for an extra modern design. As such, the screen is the favorite of countless architects and is the ideal solution for new construction homes, among others." 

"The B27 has a fully enclosed case, which means that the components are perfectly protected from harsh weather conditions such as wind and rain. The screen is available in three versions: Standard, Elite and Prestige, a choice that is unique in the awning sector," Devos said. "The difference between these three versions is in the dimensions, wind resistance and LED options." 

"The B27 collection has meanwhile established itself as one of the crowd favorites on the Belgian and Dutch awning market," Devos notes. "The many personalization options - arms, cloths, colors, LED options and so on - ensure that the awning can be fully customized and composed according to the customer's wishes and, consequently, perfectly match the architecture of the home and the customer's needs." 

"The new type of LED lighting in the arms is therefore the logical next step in terms of innovation of Brustor's articulated blinds. Thanks to the 3500° Kelvin LED strip, a pleasantly warm light shines, and the additional diffuser provides a more even glow. The new LED lighting will be integrated into Brustor's articulated screens from April 2023," Devos concludes.
