Alukon: 'Light control and blackout combined'

Those who visited ALUKON at R+T were led into a mysterious dark room by an employee of the company. ALUKON used this room to demonstrate how the outdoor blind system LS Dark works.

For this system, the company won a silver R+T Innovation Award in the outdoor blinds category. Thanks to a specially designed light guide slat, light control and shading are combined in this product. The jury was impressed by the innovative design of the guide with an integrated lifting safety. Additional advantages, according to ALUKON, are the fast installation and the low stacking height of the slats. Marketing manager Sophie Eiling: "Our customers love the LS Dark, but then it is also a unique product in the market!"
